•You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, unless otherwise specified.
•In cases of incorrect or damaged items, the item may be returned at the expense of South Sun for an exchange or full refund.
•All other returns will be shipped at the customer’s expense.
•You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
•If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER:
•South Sun Products Inc. requires 24 hours for orders to be processed.
•Orders place on Friday will be process the following Monday (Orders place at 4:00pm on Friday will be processed at 4:00pm on the following Monday) Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.
•Orders made by phone should allow up to 48 hours for processing.
•“Order completed” notification occurs only when your order has been shipped. You will receive this notification via email provided.
•Orders are shipped by FedEx or USPS only. A physical address is required for shipment.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER:

• We will ship to P.O. Boxes only if USPS is selected as shipping method.
•We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
•Shipping charges for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
EXPECTED DELIVERY:
•When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
•Priority mail: 1-3 Business days after order processing
•2nd – 3rd Day: 2-3 Business days after order processing
•2nd – 3rd Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times. You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
•Standard UPS or FedEx Ground: 3-8 Business days after order processing
•Transit days for ground shipments and 2-3-Day Express are business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
•Free Shipping Orders: 5-10 Business days after order processing
•Free shipping Canada & Mexico: 10-15 business days after order processing.
•Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: 10-15 Business Days after order processing.
LOST SHIPMENTS:
•USPS requires a package to be missing for 21 calendar days before it can be declared lost.
