How long does it take for shipping and delivery?
South Sun Beads will make every effort to ship your order by the next business day from when it was placed. In the occurrence that your order is not shipped the next day, you will be emailed with a notification of the delay. How do I use a coupon?

I have a resale certificate for California. How can I wave sales tax on my orders?
If you have a resale certificate in the state of California for Jewelry, your sales tax can be waved. In order to do this, please create an account in our online store, then email us at customerservice@southsunbeads.com with your name and resale number. We will contact you when you have been approved as tax-exempt.Once you are approved you will no longer be charged tax. *Be sure to log into your account when you place an order. The exemption will not work under guest checkout
